COMMERCIAL STRATEGY LEAD
A cross-functional senior leader, Lisa is first and foremost a builder and a savvy optimizer. With experience spanning hotel, food & beverage, real estate, retail and spa, she has developed brands and crafted teams that strengthen businesses and deliver vast value to C-level executives, owners and developers. Her experience building the most talented, flexible teams to deliver specific solutions for highly regarded hotel companies inspired our mobile co-op model.
Whether in-house or as a sought-after consultant, she’s traveled the world opening over 35 hotels in 8 countries, from Gramercy Park Hotel and 1 Hotels to Baccarat and The James. Lisa began her career at American Airlines and has held senior positions at Leading Hotels of the World and the Luxury Savoy Group in the UK.
By mobilizing innovative solutions with data backed strategies the brand gains more customer awareness and tangible results. One without the other is just hard work but not a job well done.
Jamie began her career in the magazine publishing industry in New York City at Conde Nast Publications. Since that time, she has gone on to lead marketing and branding efforts both in-house and at agencies for brands ranging from Prada and Chicago magazine to ULTA and Thompson Hotels.
A no-brainer career highlight? Producing a leg of Oprah’s Australian Adventure, where Harpo Productions took 300 members of Oprah’s audience to Australia for a month-long trip. Lisa hired Jamie almost a decade ago to lead brand and field marketing efforts for The James (spoiler alert: Holly was one of the first field hires) and the rest, as they say, is history.

Holly has held positions at some of the world’s largest PR and communications agencies in the game – with an eclectic background servicing clients in travel and tourism, lifestyle, retail, fashion, CPG and floor care…yes, that means luxury vacuum cleaners. She tells the story of brands through creative content and integrated solutions that bridge the gap between traditional and digital strategies to best position companies and drive revenue.
From hotel openings and launching the world’s first hybrid cruise ship to producing marquee events during global events like Art Basel, she has worked hand-in-hand with partners including Architectural Digest, Bon Appetit, Forbes, Conde Nast Traveler, AFAR and more.
Holly pitched Lisa for business the first time the two met back in 2011 when meeting in person was still cool. In fact, it was at Jamie’s first big event at The James Chicago.

Blaire has been working in different aspects of design for over twenty years. With experience in fashion, beauty, restaurants, interiors and hospitality, she excels in creating cohesive brand stories that are thoughtfully researched and easily recognizable. She manages creative Label Makers and leads all facets of visual storytelling, graphics and art direction for Private Label.

CJ is fueled by her passion for social media, digital, influencer and partnership marketing having worked in the luxury segments of media, hospitality, real estate and startups managing paid and organic marketing efforts for brands large and small.
